YOUR STORY: 8 Week Workshop (TUESDAYS 8:30-9:45 AM) Begins November 5

$350.00 every month for 2 months

The body tells the story.

This intensive will take you on the journey of your life. Neuroscience shows that making sense of our story is important for the resolution of trauma and making sense of our lives. According to Dr. Dan Siegel, making sense of our story is one of the best ways to become a great parent.

Ask yourself…

Do you startle when someone walks into the room?

Does being in a crowd elicit a response to flee?

Does your stomach hurt and you cannot figure out why?

When asked if you took out the trash, do you go into fight mode?

If you hear loud voices, do you want to hide?

What makes this make sense?

These triggers are the roadmap to healing. These questions are answered through the lens of polyvagal theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Somatic Experiencing. Once we have the body mapped, you need a cohesive narrative.

In this group workshop, you will make sense of your narrative, while learning your somatic story. You will walk away with a narrative of the body and mind and concrete steps to facilitate the healing of your nervous system.

I hope you join us on this journey of. . . YOUR STORY.
