Therapy Services

Many have reached out for help and found some great healing with psychotherapy, yet sometimes there was still a missing element.

For those with developmental trauma, there was an inability to shred those last bits of flashbacks, sensation issues, hypervigilance  or dysregulation.

After discovering Somatic Experiencing and having my first personal session, I knew I was on the right track. It led me to also discover Neuroaffective Touch and BASE.  Still there seemed to be a missing element with developmental trauma.  Then I discovered the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, which targets gaps in brain development.

We integrate these therapies to taylor to your particular needs. A treatment plan just for you is created as we hear your story and your needs.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EDMR)

EMDR is a noninvasive trauma therapy based on helping the body heal from trauma and distressing events. By combining it with elements of Somatic Experiencing to titrate the process it facilitates a more gentle process for the nervous system than traditional EMDR.

    $135-200 Per Session

  • Individual Therapy

An eclectic counseling approach blending several therapies based on neuroscience such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.

    $135-200 Per Session

  • Somatic Experiencing

A gentle trauma therapy based on resetting the nervous system, facilitating healing from trauma and distressing events. The goal is to put traumatic events in the past and live in the present with a sense of safety. Together we will find where the nervous system is stuck and help the nervous system reset to a sense of safety in the present.

    Couples Therapy

    Couples Therapy Based on Neuroscience

Couples therapy grounded in neuroscience integrates an understanding of the brain and nervous system to enhance relationships. Your therapist will explore how attachment patterns, childhood trauma, emotional regulation, and communication styles are influenced by neurophysiological processes, fostering deeper connection and healing.

Through education based on Polyvagal Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology couples gain insight into the biological underpinnings of their reactions and behaviors, learning how stress, trauma, and past experiences shape interactions.

    Developmental Trauma

    Developmental Trauma Treatment

Developmental trauma treatment focuses on addressing the long-term impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) that disrupt emotional, cognitive, and physiological development. These traumas, often stemming from neglect, abuse, or instability during formative years, can lead to challenges in emotional regulation, attachment, and relational patterns in adulthood.

This therapeutic approach integrates neuroscience and somatic practices to target the root causes of trauma. By understanding how early experiences shape brain development and nervous system responses.
