I believe that every individual is created by God with inherent dignity and a unique purpose. Life's challenges can sometimes bring us to difficult places, hindering us from engaging in life in congruence with our values. During these times, a little extra support can make all the difference, helping us engage with life more fully.

I approach therapy through an integrated lens, drawing on research from neuroscience, somatic therapy, and attachment theory. Through a holistic approach that integrates both mind and body, we can work together to foster healing, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

I see it as a profound privilege to walk alongside others while navigating some of their deepest pain. I believe that creating a sense of safety and trust in our therapeutic relationship is the foundation for true healing as it creates a place to be known, seen, and heard. I am dedicated to empathetically walking alongside my clients, creating a safe environment that empowers them to achieve their goals and find hope for their future.

I am currently a student at Dallas Theological Seminary, where I am pursuing my master's in counseling. Before embarking on this path, I enjoyed a career in the food industry, working in quality assurance and sales.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my husband and our dog, especially when we're exploring the great outdoors. I'm a big fan of traveling to new places and enjoy getting lost in a captivating podcast or book.
