It is my hope that treating childhood trauma and enhancing emotional regulation will help children flourish in their friendships, hobbies, school, family, and the activities they enjoy. My goal is to help clients develop their self-worth, helping them navigate life’s stressors and experience uninhibited joy.

I believe that unconditional support through compassion, reassurance, and hopefulness promotes healing and well-being. I find it to be an honor and privilege to support young clients and their families at what may be their most vulnerable time.

Throughout my social work career, I have worked in child welfare & children’s advocacy, adult & pediatric healthcare, and children’s grief support. I have received training in play therapy & expressive arts techniques, grief & loss, trauma-informed care, and child development.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adverse effects of childhood trauma, & adjustment struggles. I also specialize in medical related trauma and medical procedure/healthcare visit preparation.

I earned my Bachelor of Science, Speech-Language Pathology and Master of Social Work degrees from Texas Christian University. Go Frogs! In my freetime, I love attending Frog football games, going on trail walks with my dog & boyfriend, playing board games with friends, treating myself to a drink from any Fort Worth local coffee shop, and reading fiction. I find refreshment through time outside, connecting with loved ones, and an at-home spa night! Thank you for your interest in getting to know me and my practice. I am looking forward to getting to know you!
