Empowering Women, First Responders, and Young Adults in Life Transitions

Are you a high-performing professional feeling disconnected, ungrounded, or like you've been in a state of inner unrest for a while? Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of stress, feeling like you're constantly on edge or stuck in a fight, flight, or freeze response? Or perhaps you're a young adult navigating the challenging transition into adulthood, trying to figure out your place in the world?

Maybe you're a first responder or a family member of one, grappling with the emotional toll of this high-stress, high-risk profession. The weight of trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional impact of the work can leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your sense of self.

You’re not alone. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or the emotional and physical impact of attachment wounds (such as mother wounds). These struggles often leave us feeling like we’re not in control, not grounded, or unable to move forward.

I can help you get unstuck.

My approach is rooted in understanding that trauma, triggers, and stress often live in the body. That’s why I use a mind-body approach to help you regulate your nervous system, find safety within yourself, and reclaim your inner power. By building capacity for compassion, curiosity, and safety, we’ll work together to transform the things that are holding you back into the tools for healing.

As a trained and compassionate therapist, I specialize in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR therapy, both of which are highly effective in addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. Whether you're navigating the challenges of adulthood, experiencing a life transition, working through deep-seated emotional pain, or dealing with the unique challenges faced by first responders and their families, I’m here to support you in your healing journey.

Who I Work With:

  • Women in their 40s and 50s: Ready to come into their own power, reclaim confidence, and find a deeper sense of inner peace after years of self-doubt, overwork, or unresolved emotional trauma.

  • High-performance professionals: Struggling with burnout, anxiety, or the pressure of constantly achieving, and seeking a path back to balance and wholeness.

  • Young adults in transition: Navigating the shift into adulthood, managing life changes, relationships, and the pressures of growing up, all while building a sense of identity and purpose.

  • First responders and their families: Whether you’re a police officer, firefighter, paramedic, or EMT—or the spouse or child of someone in this high-stress profession—I understand the unique emotional, physical, and mental challenges that come with this work. I’m here to support you in building resilience, managing trauma, and creating a healthy work-life balance.

Healing takes courage, and seeking support is a brave first step. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and together, we will build the tools you need to feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of your life.

Let’s work together toward hope and healing.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure that we are a good fit. Call me today to begin the journey back to your power.
