I have a passion for partnering with people on their journey to discovering a more fulfilling quality of life. I empathetically walk alongside clients as they regain their ability to achieve personal goals and find hope in their future. I believe that we can all find empowerment and opportunity in each day when we effectively process our experiences and work through challenges.

One of my greatest passions is the fascinating connection between the brain, body, and mind. I’m deeply passionate about neuroscience and physiology, and understanding how our bodies and minds work together can significantly enhance the healing process. I believe that trauma, stress, and emotional struggles don’t just live in our minds—they are also stored in our bodies. By integrating a mind-body approach in therapy, I help clients process and release these stored experiences in a way that promotes true, lasting healing.

I have over fourteen years of clinical experience serving adults, adolescents, and families. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various roles, including working in intensive outpatient, residential, and community-based settings. My experience includes working with adolescents, individuals, and families who are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties. Currently, I work with adolescents, adults, and families, helping them navigate complex issues and build a path toward healing and growth.

I hold a BA in Psychology from North Texas State University and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, RODBT, and Somatic Experiencing. My approach is informed by a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and I integrate this knowledge into my work to help clients heal holistically.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, especially with my two boys. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or just enjoying nature, I believe being outdoors helps create balance and provides an opportunity to reconnect with myself and my loved ones. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time spent with my wife and children.

If you're looking to regain hope, reach your goals, or find more balance in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward achieving a more fulfilling and empowered future, using the science of the mind and body to guide the way.
