Understand Your Nervous System.

Change How You Heal.

How the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Method Works

Step 1 — Dunkin NeuroMap™ Assessment & Clinical Debrief

  • Dunkin NeuroMap™ assessment evaluating five levels of the nervous system

  • Clinical interpretation and debrief with a Dunkin NeuroMap™ therapist

  • Identification of nervous system regulation patterns and developmental disruptions

  • Developmental phase mapping and treatment sequencing recommendations

  • Determination of program appropriateness and clinical fit

Step 2 — Invitation to the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Program

  • Following the assessment and debrief, individuals who are clinically appropriate for the program are invited to begin the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Program.

Step 3 — Three-Phase Treatment Process

  • Phase 1: Stabilization

  • Phase 2: Emotional Regulation & Connection

  • Phase 3: Integration

What Makes This Different

Dunkin NeuroMap ™ is built from:

neuroscience, attachment research, polyvagal theory,

and human development.

What are the three developmental phases?

A three-phase neurophysiological development program designed to help individuals understand, regulate, and reorganize the nervous system through structured assessment, developmental sequencing, and guided clinical support.

Each 12 week phase is designed to build upon the previous phase, progressing from nervous system stabilization to emotional engagement and developmental integration.

  • Phase 1 — Regulation & Stabilization

Phase 1 focuses on strengthening foundational nervous system regulation and stability within the lower developmental brain systems. Through structured neurophysiological exercises, therapeutic support sessions, and guided integration work, participants build regulation patterns and nervous system flexibility necessary for long-term change.

Targeted systems: Medulla, Pons, and Diencephalon.

  • Phase 2 — Emotional Regulation and Connection

Phase 2 builds on foundational regulation work by introducing clinician-led virtual group implementation sessions designed to support emotional engagement, co-regulation, and relational integration.

    Targeted system: Limbic System.

  • Phase 3 — Integration

Phase 3 focuses on strengthening higher-level regulation, cognitive flexibility, emotional modulation, decision-making, and purposeful engagement in daily life through continued implementation and guided support.

    Targeted system: Cortex.

Each phase is designed to build upon the previous phase in developmental sequence.

You weren’t broken.

Development got interrupted.

Dunkin NeuroMap™ helps complete the developmental process trauma disrupted,

through a structured nervous system treatment pathway.

What is Included in the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Method Program?

After initial assessment and program enrollment, participants receive:

  • Personalized nervous system treatment sequencing following each Dunkin NeuroMap™ assessment

  • 3 Dunkin NeuroMap™ re-assessments to measure progress and phase advancement

  • 14 individual therapy sessions integrated throughout the program

  • 6 clinician-led virtual regulation and implementation sessions during Phase 2

  • 22 guided neurophysiological development lessons

  • Weekly nervous system regulation exercises and developmental workbook support

Most therapy starts with symptoms.

Dunkin NeuroMap™ starts with nervous system readiness.

Begin with the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Assessment

The Dunkin NeuroMap™ Assessment & Clinical Debrief is the first step in determining whether the Dunkin NeuroMap™ Method is clinically appropriate for you.

This neurophysiological assessment evaluates nervous system regulation patterns across multiple developmental brain systems and identifies areas of dysregulation, developmental disruption, and treatment priorities.

Following the assessment, participants meet with a Dunkin NeuroMap™ therapist for a required Clinical Debrief Session to review results, discuss treatment recommendations, and determine program fit.

Assessment $250 (additional clinician fees apply for Clinical Debrief Session)
